Brian Shultz, Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Brian Shultz oversees all revenue streams for Cybernance. Shultz is responsible for driving sales strategy, business development, as well as defining new market opportunities. Shultz develops and manages Partner, reseller and alliance programs driving value for clients through customer satisfaction and continuity success. Brian leads to optimize the business while delivering premium experience to customers and partners and will influence product direction based on customer demand. Shultz will develop penetration and implementation plans for vertical markets, as well as chart growth globally, managing all emerging global markets. Shultz manages internal and external sales operations and activities.
Mr. Shultz is a seasoned technology sales executive with vast experience in revenue growth, emerging markets, global business, strategy development and execution, and mergers/acquisitions. Shultz has led sales and marketing teams for large enterprise software and SaaS model products. Prior to Cybernance, Shultz was the Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ABB, a Fortune 500 company focused on process and industrial automation.
With more than 20 years, Shultz has held leadership roles where he leveraged revenues through recurring maintenance and support while increasing gross margins and executed strategies to move into new vertical markets. While Sr. VP of International Asset Systems, he was instrumental in the successful sale of the Company to Warburg Pincus and Vestar Partners.
Mr. Shultz earned his undergraduate in International Economics from Texas Tech University and received his MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Shultz is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish, working and studying abroad for many years.
